The Educator Wellbeing Tool is always free with no limits. The Research Hub lets you browse curated research summaries freely. Four specialist tools — Term Planner, Learner Profile, Behaviour Support Planner and Social Story Builder — show a sample output so you can preview them, but generating your own requires an Inner Sanctum membership. To get unlimited generations across all 8 tools plus saved history, join Inner Sanctum at $12/month (introductory rate).
What do Inner Sanctum members get?▼

The platform is shaped by educator feedback — every feature you see today started as a teacher request. Can I cancel my Inner Sanctum membership at any time?▼
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings and you will not be charged again. You will retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
Is my data private?▼
Free tier tools process your input to generate a response and do not store anything. The Educator Wellbeing Tool never stores or shares your responses under any circumstances. Inner Sanctum members have their saved history stored securely and it is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. Payment is handled securely through Stripe.
Is this useful for early childhood, primary and secondary educators?▼
Yes. Every tool is designed to work across the full K–12 range and beyond, including early childhood. Year levels, syllabus versions, KLAs and assessment types all adjust based on what you tell the tool. The Learner Profile, Social Story Builder and Behaviour Support Planner are particularly relevant for early childhood and primary settings.
Which Australian curricula are supported?▼
All of them. NSW NESA (current and legacy syllabi), Victorian Curriculum F-10 v2.0, Queensland QCAA (AC v9.0 and legacy), Western Australian SCSA, South Australian ACARA/DECD, Tasmanian, ACT and NT curricula are all supported, including senior syllabi (VCE, QCAA, WACE, SACE). The tools ask which state and version you are working with and map content accordingly.
What is the research digest email?▼
A fortnightly email for Inner Sanctum members covering the most current research in innovative education, learning science, neurodiversity, trauma-informed practice and educator wellbeing. Written for practitioners, not academics — no jargon, no paywalled journals, just what the evidence says and what it means for your classroom. It replaces the weekend of reading you do not have time for.
Does my school need to approve this, or can I use it personally?▼
You can sign up and use everything personally, right now. Many educators use Your Staff Room independently before their school adopts it. If you would like to discuss a school or system-wide arrangement, get in touch via the contact details below.
How does the School Membership work?▼
The School Membership is $2,500 per year (AUD including GST) and gives every staff member at your school full Inner Sanctum access — all 8 tools, unlimited generations, saved history, export features, and the fortnightly research digest. There are no per-seat fees and no limit on how many staff can use it. You receive a single annual invoice suitable for your finance team, priority support for your school, and a one-hour staff onboarding session included. Is my student data secure?▼
Yes. Your Staff Room does not store student names or personal information unless you choose to save outputs as an Inner Sanctum member. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. The Educator Wellbeing Tool never stores or shares your responses under any circumstances. For payment, we use Stripe — we never see or store your card details. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Can I share my account with other teachers?▼
Individual Inner Sanctum memberships are for a single educator. If multiple teachers at your school want access, the School Membership ($2,500/year for unlimited staff) is designed for exactly that — no per-seat fees, no limits on how many teachers use it. For a small team, individual memberships work well. For a whole staff, the School Membership is better value.
Is this a tax deduction?▼
Work-related subscriptions are generally tax deductible for Australian educators. If you use Your Staff Room for lesson planning, report writing, or building support plans, your Inner Sanctum membership is a work expense. At $12/month or $99/year, it is one of the most affordable professional tools you will claim. We are not accountants — check with yours — but if you are already claiming stationery and classroom supplies, this sits in the same category.
